Shipping policy

Pickup

Orders can be picked up from Capalaba, QLD (30min east of Brisbane CBD).

Once your order is marked as ready to collect, you will receive an email with the pickup address and instructions.

Shipping

I currently send to all of Australia and New Zealand.

I use Australia Post to ship out parcels, but may use other carriers for bulky orders.

All orders will receive a tracking number which will be sent via email.

Please allow 1-5 business days to fulfil your order + delivery time.

Please note: All orders, regardless of shipping type, are packed in the order of the queue. This means that orders with Express Postage are not fulfilled any faster than orders with Standard Postage. If you are needing to place an urgent order, please email me at info@thegflollyco.com.au.

Once your order is dispatched, any delays that occur are completely out of my control. If you are ordering for an upcoming event, please order with Express Post or send me an email and I will do my best to assist with any questions or concerns.
