Fulfilment & Shipping Terms
📦 Pickup Orders
- Pickup is available from Capalaba, QLD (approx. 30 mins east of Brisbane CBD)
- Please allow 1–2 days for your order to be packed
- You’ll receive an email with the pickup address and instructions once ready
🚚 Delivery Orders
- Shipping available to Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom
- Orders are sent via Australia Post (or another carrier for bulky orders)
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched
Processing Time
- Please allow 1–5 business days for fulfilment, plus delivery time
- Note: Express shipping does NOT speed up order processing

📝 Delivery Instructions
A Warning Label is added to all parcels that advises AusPost drivers to keep the parcel away from heat and sunlight due to containing perishable items.
However, posties may not always honour this, and may only follow the instructions you set in your AusPost account.
- From the AusPost mobile app, go to 'Account'
- Click on 'Delivery preferences'.
- Set your preference.
Refund Terms
📦 Forgotten Orders
- You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
- The pickup cabinet is outside in the shade, but items may soften in warmer weather if left too long.
- No refunds will be given for orders that are not collected.
Need to delay pickup?
Text the number in your pickup email and your order can be stored inside until the night before collection.
🔁 Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- This applies to all products, including gift cards.
⚠️ Accidental Purchases
- Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases.
- Please check ingredients and allergen information carefully before ordering.
Important
- Products packaged by The GF Lolly Co. do not include ingredient labels on packaging.

🌡️ Melted Products
- Chocolate and similar items may soften or melt in warm weather or during transit.
- I add a warning label to all parcels to advise AusPost drivers to keep the parcel away from heat and sunlight. If the postie follows your delivery instructions, as per your AusPost account, which permits delivery in a location that has sunlight or heat, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds or replacements are provided for heat-related damage.
- Ordering in warmer months is at your own risk.

You may be eligible for a refund or store credit if your order is:
- Damaged (not caused by heat)
- Defective
- Incorrect
To qualify:
- Contact me within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photo and/or video proof at my discretion

I recently had an issue where my order was accidentally sent to the wrong delivery address, somewhere I wasn’t able to collect it from. I reached out via email, and Nadine was so quick to respond, understanding and genuinely helpful.
I actually needed the order for an event that same week, so I was a little stressed about getting everything sorted in time. Nadine went above and beyond to help organise a replacement order, with a few things needing to be fixed up on my end as well.
What could have been such a frustrating experience was made so much easier because of her kindness and willingness to help.
I truly appreciate the effort that goes into not only creating a safe space for the gluten-free community but also providing such wonderful customer service.

Love the gluten free lollies we got! We have done several orders but the most recent was for lollies to decorate my daughters birthday cake!
The GF confectionary is AMAZING but the service, customer support and great care that Nadine went to making sure my experience was to her high standards was beyond expectations.

Quality of products can’t be faulted. Postage packing and delivery time can’t be bettered.
I have ordered a few times from The GF Lolly shop and have always been pleased with my orders especially the Chocolate clangers, black cats and black jelly beans as they are very difficult to find.
I appreciate the effort in providing GF options but as I live interstate it is always pricey and postal delivery is not the usual timeframe that you expect.
However, I still recommend this store and will continue to follow for any more delicacies that I cant source closer to home. Thanks for your great service.
