Fulfilment & Shipping Terms

๐Ÿ“ฆ Pickup Orders

  • Pickup is available from Capalaba, QLD (approx. 30 mins east of Brisbane CBD)
  • Please allow 1โ€“2 days for your order to be packed
  • Youโ€™ll receive an email with the pickup address and instructions once ready

๐Ÿšš Delivery Orders

  • Shipping available to Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom
  • Orders are sent via Australia Post (or another carrier for bulky orders)
  • Youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email once dispatched

Processing Time

  • Please allow 1โ€“5 business days for fulfilment, plus delivery time
  • Note: Express shipping does NOT speed up order processing

๐Ÿ“ Delivery Instructions

A Warning Label is added to all parcels that advises AusPost drivers to keep the parcel away from heat and sunlight due to containing perishable items.

However, posties may not always honour this, and may only follow the instructions you set in your AusPost account.

  1. From the AusPost mobile app, go to 'Account'
  2. Click on 'Delivery preferences'.
  3. Set your preference.

Refund Terms

๐Ÿ“ฆ Forgotten Orders

  • Youโ€™ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
  • The pickup cabinet is outside in the shade, but items may soften in warmer weather if left too long.
  • No refunds will be given for orders that are not collected.

Need to delay pickup?

Text the number in your pickup email and your order can be stored inside until the night before collection.

๐Ÿ” Change of Mind

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • This applies to all products, including gift cards.

โš ๏ธ Accidental Purchases

  • Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases.
  • Please check ingredients and allergen information carefully before ordering.

  • Products packaged by The GF Lolly Co. do not include ingredient labels on packaging.

๐ŸŒก๏ธ Melted Products

  • Chocolate and similar items may soften or melt in warm weather or during transit.
  • I add a warning labelย to all parcels to advise AusPost drivers to keep the parcel away from heat and sunlight. If the postie follows your delivery instructions, as per your AusPost account, which permits delivery in a location that has sunlight or heat, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refunds or replacements are provided for heat-related damage.
  • Ordering in warmer months is at your own risk.

โ— Other Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

You may be eligible for a refund or store credit if your order is:

  • Damaged (not caused by heat)
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

  • Provide photo and/or video proof at my discretion
