Are Coeliacs safe to shop here?

Yes. Every product I sell is Gluten Free and safe for people with Coeliac Disease. I have been catering to Coeliacs since Feb 2022 and I only stock items that Coeliacs themselves deem safe - that is, by ingredient, or tested.

Many are lab-tested with Nil Detected gluten levels, and all else are gluten free by ingredient. This means, the manufacturer hasn't actually tested the product for gluten (it's very expensive to do so), but there was no declared cross-contact with Gluten/Wheat/Barley/Oats/Rye.

Processed Wheat doesn't always have Gluten! Some of my products contain Gluten Free Wheat ingredients, which include:

• Glucose (Wheat) - Coeliac Australia has confirmed Glucose Syrup derived from Wheat is Gluten Free. Please read here.
• Starch (Wheat) - Wheat Starch can be, but is rarely Gluten Free, and you cannot confirm it is unless it is tested. Some products I sell contain Wheat Starch, but the manufacturer has been routinely testing for Gluten presence for 8+ years, and has never had a trace of Gluten detected. Read an explanation here.

The description of all products will include either of the following:

• Gluten Free [By Ingredient]

Many of my products are Halal Certified. I've got 3 dietary categories below which may suit you.

Please Note: Only Halal Certified products are in the Halal Certified collection.
Pork Free and Gelatine Free does not mean it is Halal Certified.

Where are you based?

My stockroom is based in Capalaba, QLD (30min East of Brisbane CBD).

Do you offer Local Pickup?

I sure do! I currently offer 24/7 collections in Capalaba, QLD, so if you're in Brisbane/Redlands, you have the option to save on the postage cost!

Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email with the address and instructions for collection.
